### Transaction Banking Products Intern

**Internship Period:** 3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

## Job Description

  
- Support the Product Department (PD) with data management and transformation.
  
- Act as a business analyst for data within TBOA-PD, collaborating with subject matter experts for performance and risk to enhance data capabilities for performance and risk calculations.
  
- Engage in problem solving, including developing and testing hypotheses, qualitative and quantitative data gathering, and driving analysis to feasible solutions.
  
- Work closely with the Head of Department, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and users from various business groups to implement change.
  
- Assist in managing information needed to monitor and provide insights to the business decision process for TBOA-PD.
  
- Develop automated dashboards for performance and financial tracking.
  
- Deliver insights from data to TBOA-PD.
  
- Conduct research, gather information for ongoing projects, and assist the product manager with solutioning.
  
- Assist in creating and formatting pitch books and IOP, ensuring materials align with branding guidelines and support smooth workflows and process improvements.
  
- Prepare and maintain MIS and product performance data for business reporting. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports; collaborate with teams to aggregate and validate data and support ongoing improvements in data workflows.

## Job Requirements

  
- Strong interest in data management, reporting, and analysis.
  
- Interest in building and maintaining databases for all financial and non-financial information for products and regions.
  
- Keen eye for detail; advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
  
- Proficiency in written and spoken language.
  
- Willing and able to multi-task and deliver work under timelines in a fast-moving environment.
  
- Good initiative, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
  
- Exposure to data management and reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau preferred.
  
- Experience with AI tools is an advantage.
