Morgan product and sector teams. - Build and use complex financial models, and complete valuation and analytical analyses. - Draft presentation materials, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue; stay informed on key market developments and develop knowledge of target client bases and market dynamics. ## Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Prior work experience in an investment banking front office or related role. - Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business writing skills. - A well-rounded academic background from a top-tier educational institution. - Understanding of the transaction cycle and the steps in the process; execution oriented. - Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders in other lines of business. - Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
