## Role Overview

This is an opportunity to work within MSCI's well-established Index business, focusing on growing segments of indexes for structured products and OTC products in the APAC region. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, adaptable, and dynamic, able to fit into a high-growth organization. The role involves working with clients and internal stakeholders across functions to understand client needs, identify market trends, and provide MSCI index solutions—both off-the-shelf and new index ideas.

## Team Responsibilities

MSCI’s Index business serves a diverse client base, including insurance companies, investment banks, distributors, asset owners, and asset managers. The team collaborates across functions to deliver index-related solutions and insights to clients in the APAC region.

## Your Key Responsibilities

  
- Present indexes and new ideas to clients in collaboration with the sales team; develop customized index solutions based on client feedback.
  
- Develop new index ideas in collaboration with research and external partners.
  
- Support new index launches; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  
- Provide index education and training for clients and handle ad-hoc client inquiries.

## Your Skills and Experience That Will Help You Excel

  
- Prior experience in the derivatives space, ideally with capital markets teams in investment banks.
  
- Experience in a quantitative field with a good understanding of index design and financial markets.
  
- Experience delivering projects to clients from initial pitch to execution.
  
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
- A great team player with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
