You’ll play a role in helping clients succeed and safeguarding their legacy, while strengthening HSBC’s position as a trusted partner. Here’s a taste of what you’ll get involved in: - Work across specialist teams: Partner with experts across the bank to grow client relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions. - Get early exposure to clients: Build connections from the outset, gaining insight into clients’ goals and how HSBC’s solutions – from sustainable supply chains to green bonds – can support their success. - Act as the link between HSBC and its clients: Help the team understand clients inside out to ensure the right solutions are delivered at the right time. - See collaboration in action: Experience cross-functional collaboration across teams, geographies, and functions, including Legal, Credit, and Risk. - Create client presentations, reports, and credit papers; support strategic reviews and pitches; conduct financial analysis and risk assessments on client portfolios and transactions. ## What you’ll learn We’ll support you with all the training and development you need to succeed. Your journey typically begins with local regulated training and exams, followed by our Global Graduate Induction. The induction provides an overview of HSBC and an opportunity to build a global network of graduates and business colleagues.
