**Project Management Intern**

**Internship Period:** 3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

## Job Description

  
- Execute project delivery or support client events under the guidance of the project manager or team members.
  
- Function as a change agent by advocating/influencing change through ideation, brainstorming workshops, change network briefings, and deployment of tips & tricks materials.
  
- Drive change enablement activities, including change communications, training/learning, and change adoption. This may involve designing and developing communications and training materials, as well as change surveys/pulse checks across business units.
  
- Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analysis of survey results from focus groups, interviews, or end-user surveys, and develop presentation-ready materials for senior stakeholders.
  
- Contribute to Go-Live and post Go-Live activities, including preparation, execution, or deployment of Go-Live readiness activities, monitoring adoption, and embedding project deliverables into new ways of working across business units.
  
- Review or sanity-check project deliverables or related materials, especially those requiring cross-functional collaboration, for internal customer-facing forums.
  
- Support internal brown bag or sharing sessions to cross-pollinate or exchange ideas across teams.
  
- Collate input from various parties (e.g., project managers) and generate/update a bank-wide dashboard view for project status reporting.

## Qualifications & Requirements

  
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  
- Basic to intermediate skills in designing communications or training materials for bank-wide usage.
  
- Basic to intermediate skills in conducting research and analysis.
  
- Basic storytelling skills in different formats (e.g., creating presentation decks or presenting to audiences of varying sizes).
  
- Ability to analyze business or organizational issues critically.
  
- Keen eye for detail and meticulous in creating, editing, and reviewing content.
  
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed, diverse international organization.
  
- Willingness to collaborate with different individuals and teams toward shared objectives.
  
- Willingness to comply fully with bank’s and team’s policies and regulations.
  
- Keen interest in impacting the organization and its people through transformation initiatives.
  
- Interest in learning about or gaining experience in project implementation, change management, and client event management.
