## Overview

  

The intern will assist with the OPICS system development plan Phase III project, including comprehensive workflow testing of booking, payment, parameter, accounting, and interface testing, while ensuring all settlement and daily operations in the back office team are completed promptly and accurately.

  

## Responsibilities

  

    
- Complete daily operations: verify transactions including FX, MM, IRS, CCS, CP, and RMB clearing settlements, etc.
    
- Perform settlement for Corp MM funds (CBD).
    
- Complete confirmation matching.
    
- Verify that all payments are received and paid.
    
- Ensure settlement accounts are reconciled and reports are accurate.
    
- Perform monthly and quarterly revaluations and reports to First and Second Line Units.
    
- Report settlement issues and any suspicious activities to management.
    
- Prepare documents and responses for internal and external audits, and head office requests.
    
- Draft and update product procedures for review and approval.
    
- Perform UAT testing for new products and projects.

- Understanding of treasury and financial product characteristics
    
- Bilingual (preferred)

- UAT testing experience
  

  

## Pay Range

  

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education, and other qualifications.

  

USD $18.00 / Hr
