## Overview

The Performance Management Associate is responsible for implementing the administration, organization, and coordination of the Bank’s performance management programs to ensure employees understand performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals and objectives, and performance results. Assist the supervisor with the administration and coordination of the Bank’s incentive programs, internal and external audits.

## Responsibilities

### Performance Management

  
- Implement activities and initiatives related to the full cycle of performance management, including target setting and planning, coaching and communication, evaluation and feedback, and reward and improvement.
  
- Manage the Bank’s Teamwork and Service PE system, including preparation, implementation, and analysis of statistical results.
  
- Update and disseminate performance management policies and procedures.
  
- Assist the supervisor in tasks to meet regulations and compliance requirements.
  
- Maintain performance management records and respond to internal and external audits.
  
- Prepare training materials on performance management and follow up on processes and reports.
  
- Conduct other routine work such as department/branch liaison, team collaboration, employee communication, and workflow execution.
  
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

### Incentives

  
- Execute the Bank’s incentive programs, such as bonuses, salary adjustments, and promotions.
  
- Prepare annual bonus pool calculations, bonus allocation reports, and bonus communication materials to facilitate the bonus process.
  
- Support and coordinate promotion and compensation-related programs.
  
- Update and review incentives-related procedures.
  
- Address employees’ incentives-related inquiries.

### Personnel Expenses Management

  
- Participate in personnel expense programs and perform day-to-day tasks such as annual and periodical projections, expense allocations, accruals and releases, and year-end closures.
  
- Analyze personnel expense data and make expense proposals to support management decisions.
  
- Maintain personnel expense records and track expenses to ensure they stay within Budgets.

### Ad-hoc Projects

  
- Facilitate and coordinate Bank events based on requirements.
  
- Prepare various reports including annual reports, meeting minutes, proposals, etc.
  
- Facilitate communication between Head Office and local branches.
  
- Participate in and conduct ad-hoc projects as needed.

## Qualifications

  
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  
- At least 1 year of HR-related experience required.
  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, relationship management skills, advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong time management and organizational skills.
  
- Knowledge of performance management, incentives, promotion, and HR legal regulatory requirements and related updates.
  
-  bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin required.

## Salary

Actual salary is commensurate with the candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education, and other qualifications.

## Pay Range

USD $42,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 per year
