## Overview

IMC is a high-frequency trading firm with a strong trading presence on the broker market floor. We are seeking a recent graduate to join as a Graduate Floor Trader. You will be assigned to one of the EO options trading floors in the U.S., actively responding to quotes in the open outcry broker market. The role requires strong analytical, mathematical, and computing skills, and your decisions will directly impact IMC’s trading strategies.

## Responsibilities

  
- Work in a team of broker and screen traders to optimize trading
  
- Interact with brokers throughout the day, making markets and providing liquidity
  
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers
  
- Perform trades analysis to improve trading
  
- Develop, maintain, and enhance trading models, algorithms, systems, and positional risk
  
- Research new market opportunities

## Qualifications & Requirements

  
- Recent university graduate or current student graduating between May 2025 and July 2026 with a degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
  
- Superior numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  
- Genuine interest in financial markets; prior knowledge or experience is not required
  
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-moving and competitive environment
  
- Experience with programming in Python is an advantage
  
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
  
- Eagerness to continuously learn
  
- Open to travel within the US to support IMC across multiple exchanges
  
- Available to start full-time employment in August 2026

## Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $200,000 USD
