## Position

**Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant – Clinical Trial Engagement & Recruitment** in ZS’s Insights & Analytics group. This individual will join the Engagement & Recruitment team in ZS’ Drug Development Excellence practice, which supports sponsors in improving patient and site engagement and accelerating trial recruitment.

## What You’ll Do

  
- Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to clients’ business problems around clinical trial recruitment and engagement
  
- Assist in structuring and conducting qualitative and quantitative market research and/or desk research with patients, principal investigators, site staff and more to derive insights and inform client decisions
  
- Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS’s proprietary software
  
- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations
  
- Plan and facilitate virtual and in-person strategy workshops and co-creation sessions with external stakeholders and clients
  
- Develop client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on project aspects
  
- Support management of the program plan and conduct regular status updates with the client – identify and mitigate risks and issues. Help drive the project to meet goals and deadlines
  
- Tackle unstructured problems by identifying the right problems to solve and developing or co-creating innovative solutions
  
- Mentor and support the development of Associates on projects and teams

## What You’ll Bring

  
- PhD or Master’s degree in a field with quantitative and qualitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences. In lieu of a PhD, 2–5 years of relevant post-degree professional experience will be considered
