Responsibilities

• Analyze machine utilization, improve and ensure quality output.
• Maintain overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations.
• Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet stringent product requirements.

Requirements

• A relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and focused on growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (including night shifts).
