This internship is designed for candidates who are curious about how complex organisations deliver products and change — not for those seeking a pathway into trading or front-office roles. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Intern to join our Product & Delivery team to help our team in everyday duties and gain knowledge and experience in the area of: ### Responsibilities - Project Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and status reports. - Meeting Facilitation: Schedule project stand-ups or briefings, take detailed minutes, and track follow-up action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. - Resource Coordination: Help manage team calendars and ensure project assets (files, briefs, tools) are accessible to all stakeholders. - Risk & Issue Tracking: Maintain the project RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) under the guidance of a Senior PM. - Communication: Act as a bridge between departments to ensure clear information flow and deadline awareness. - Support the product team in capturing and documenting technical requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria. - Troubleshooting during product implementations, liaising with Tech and Ops teams. - Monitoring project timelines, dependencies, and risks, ensuring smooth delivery. ## Who We're Looking For - Currently in your final year pursuing a degree that has developed your ability to analyse information, structure work, and communicate clearly (e.g., STEM, philosophy, economics, social sciences). - Interest in financial services, fintech, or crypto markets. - Naturally organized with a strong analytical mindset and a curiosity for how financial services, fintech, crypto markets and technology work. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner. - A genuine desire to learn project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.). ## How to Apply - Please submit your resume and answer our job application questions. - Please include any professional or academic references. ## Why Intern at B2C2? - 10-week program starting in July. - In-house, hands-on training from experienced professionals who have worked at top financial institutions in crypto and traditional finance. - Mentorship and feedback throughout. - Competitive salary, regular fun events and activities. ## A Strong Culture B2C2 is proud to be a values-based company.
