Discover who you can become at AIG. ## Your contribution at AIG - Answering customer enquiries and complaints by phone and email - Providing accurate product/marketing/service information to clients - Taking orders and providing after sales service - Maintaining a professional and good image to customers when providing business services - No shifting is required and a 5-day work week ## What we are looking for - Good communication and written skills in English and Cantonese - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PC literate and able to type fast - Good team player with a positive attitude and strong time management and organizational skills - Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude - Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and patient - Able to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills - Form 5 standard; 1 year of relevant work experience in Front Desk/Admin or Contact Center would be an advantage ## Work environment & culture At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
