## Position

**Global Corporate and Investment Banking APAC Talent Team Intern**

**Internship Period:** 3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

## Job Description

Talent Strategy is central to GCIB APAC (Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Asia Pacific) Business Strategy. The GCBDA - Talent Team partners with Business Heads to drive developmental programs that align Talent strategy with Business strategy in GCIB. The team promotes systematic and proactive talent development, embeds a learner-friendly environment in GCIB APAC, adopts a coaching and mentoring approach to performance management, and emphasizes engagement and diversity and inclusion. The team also oversees internship and trainee programs in GCIB APAC as foundational talent initiatives. In this internship, you will be part of our GCBDA - TT team, gaining exposure to planning, coordinating, and identifying training and development programs for GCIB APAC staff.

### Responsibilities

  
- Support the Head of Talent Team in planning and executing training schedules and programs
  
- Assist in identifying training interventions and talent retention programs with GCIB APAC staff/leaders
  
- Closely track the effectiveness of training programs and conduct surveys with participants to assess and evaluate
  
- Work with the Head of Talent Team to establish knowledge nuggets on learning, coaching, leadership, and DEI
  
- Support in managing the Graduate Trainee Program by reviewing rotation schedules and coordinating any regional assignments
  
- Plan and execute internship activities for GCIB SG interns
  
- Assist in data analytics by preparing, analyzing, and evaluating reports when required

## Requirements

  
- Undergraduate pursuing a related degree in HR or a similar field with strong interest and passion in talent management, staff engagement, and DEI
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel; knowledge of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is a plus)
  
- Proactive team player with good interpersonal communication and writing skills
