## Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will be responsible for the following:

  
- Compiling and analysing portfolio-related metrics, conducting financial and valuation modelling to support decision making
  
- Assisting in preparing reporting materials and internal presentations, maintaining internal databases and collating data for ESG-related requirements
  
- Participating in the implementation of asset management initiatives and asset performance monitoring to identify areas of improvement

## Job Requirements

We are looking for an energetic and driven candidate with a strong interest in real estate investment.

  
- 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate studying towards a degree in accounting, finance, economics, real estate or another related subject. Master’s students can also apply.
  
- Keen interest in the real estate investment field and willingness to learn
  
- Team player
  
- Strong Excel modelling and analytical skills
  
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
