## Overview

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our global Recruiting Operations team in Singapore. In this role, you will be a scheduling and logistics specialist responsible for providing a first-class interview experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. You will partner with recruiters to manage candidate flow across multiple teams and oversee all operational aspects of hiring exceptional candidates.

## Responsibilities

  
- Schedule a high volume of interviews for both campus and experienced roles through our scheduling platform (GoodTime), including manual coordination as needed
  
- Collaborate with business leaders, managers, recruiters, and interviewers to engage and communicate directly with candidates
  
- Ensure interview rooms are prepared and set up for the day
  
- Greet candidates onsite (in-person and virtual), answer questions, and ensure they are prepared for the day
  
- Provide real-time support for onsite interviews by managing interviewer flow and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  
- Keep hiring teams and candidates up to date on recruiting processes
  
- Gather requirements for new jobs and open requisitions in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  
- Support initiatives across recruiting programs by identifying solutions, advancing projects, updating stakeholders, and collaborating with teammates
  
- Provide ad hoc assistance for recruiting programs, such as setting up and attending internship programming, recruiting conferences, career fairs, and broader People Operations events
  
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
  
- Attend in person at least 4 days per week with flexibility to come in more often to support in-person recruiting activities (e.g., interviews, candidate visits)

## Qualifications

  
- Bachelor’s degree
  
- Previous work experience, preferably in recruiting or HR-related fields
  
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement changes
  
- Experience with GoodTime, Greenhouse, and Google Workspace preferred
  
- Professional demeanor in dealings with candidates and internal team members
  
- Articulate communicator with strong writing skills
  
- Ambitious self-starter with a strong desire to make an impact
  
- Delivers problems tactfully with directness and integrity
  
- Positive influence and collaborative mindset
  
- Ability to multitask while maintaining urgency and attention to detail
  
- Ability to quickly learn and excel in recruitment and productivity technologies
