## Role

The Finance Team supports and empowers Palantirians through both day-to-day operations and creative problem-solving. As a Junior International Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for payroll administration—but you also spot inefficiencies, brainstorm solutions, and identify and drive projects to completion. In this role, you'll work functionally—designing, driving, and implementing workflow improvements. If you're constantly looking for ways to improve payroll processes because you're unsatisfied by the status quo, this role is for you.

## Responsibilities

  
- Perform payroll administration for international employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
- Identify inefficiencies in payroll processes and brainstorm potential solutions.
  
- Identify and drive projects to completion, delivering measurable improvements.
  
- Design, drive, and implement workflow improvements to payroll operations.
  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with policies.
