This is an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Executive to join the marketing team in Singapore on a 1-year contract. You will drive and create targeted social media content across multiple distribution channels to establish a strong brand identity, activate client engagement, and attract new customers via social media. The role will be based in Singapore.

### Role and Responsibilities

#### Content Management and Creation

  
- Create engaging social media content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, and RedNote to grow our social media presence and establish a clear social media voice for CMC
  
- Manage the content calendar and posting across all social media accounts (Meta, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Lemon8, RedNote, etc.)
  
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience and timely clearance of assets
  
- Stay updated on social media trends and track performance metrics
  
- Support influencer outreach, campaigns and partnerships when necessary
  
- Support paid social campaigns where required

#### General Marketing Support

  
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person events with a focus on timely social media updates and promotions
  
- Support ideation, creation, and execution of marketing materials (EDMs, social media, videos, etc.)
  
- Assist in creating marketing reports and dashboards
  
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, such as managing data or organizing social media reports
  
- Assist with new platform launches, feature updates, or regulatory communications

### Key Skills and Experience

  
- A degree or diploma in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  
- Experience in a content and influencer marketing environment would be a plus
  
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  
- Creative with the ability to generate engaging content ideas and copy
  
- Comfortable presenting on camera with a friendly and confident demeanor
  
- Excellent writing, editing, and communications skills
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, social media tools and platforms, and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
  
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  
- Outgoing, positive personality; able to work as part of a team. Prior leadership experience in clubs/societies is a plus
