## About Tudor Group

The Tudor Group of companies is a group of affiliated companies engaged in investment management of client and proprietary assets. Paul Tudor Jones II formed Tudor Investment Corporation, the first of the Tudor Group companies, in 1980. The Tudor Group manages assets across fixed income, commodities, currencies, public and private equities, and related derivative instruments. Investment strategies include discretionary global macro, quantitative global macro, quantitative equity market-neutral, and equity long-short.

## Internship Program

Tudor offers summer internships to exceptional undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students who are interested in applying their skills to the financial markets. Internship opportunities are available across Revenue and Infrastructure departments (including Macro Trading, Flow of Funds, Software Development, Operations, Corporate Financial Reporting). The internship role availability spans Tudor’s global offices. A minimum commitment of 10 weeks during summer is required.

## Program Highlights

The internship program provides a practical, hands-on learning experience and exposure to the firm’s diverse global macro strategy operations. As a Tudor summer intern, you will work at the intersection of investment management, quantitative analysis, and technology, alongside experienced professionals. You will build your technical skills and industry knowledge while gaining exposure to senior leaders, and you will learn about the firm’s history, structure, culture, and core values. You will receive instruction from experienced members of the financial services community and participate in social and networking events with peers and Tudor professionals.

## Education and Qualifications

  
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD candidate with an interest in the financial industry – technical and quantitative majors are highly preferred for select Revenue roles.
  
- Must have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies prior to the start of the internship.
  
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
  
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  
- Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills.
  
- High degree of intellectual curiosity; effective written and verbal communication.
  
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a dynamic environment.
  
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload; hardworking, diligent, and eager to learn in a collaborative setting.
  
- Strong intuition and ability to quickly learn new concepts in a fast-paced environment.
  
- Personal accountability and a strong work ethic.
  
- Technical proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages is highly preferred for select Revenue roles: C++, Python, R, Java, MATLAB.

## Salary

Compensation for interns based in the United States typically ranges from $35 to $55 per hour, depending on factors such as education level, work experience, credentials, skill level, geographic location, and other market conditions.
