## Position

**IT Finance Intern**

Internship Period: 3 August 2026 – 31 December 2026

## Job Description

ASO Finance is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to support the rollout of APH Phase 2, which enhances key processes across Gyokei, Ringi, Demand Management, ROI tracking, and investment utilization management. In addition, the intern will assist in the implementation of the Technology Cost Management tool, an initiative aimed at centralizing technology expense data, improving forecasting accuracy, and automating data ingestion. This role provides hands-on exposure to technology investment governance, financial planning, project management, and enterprise digital transformation across APAC.

### APH Phase 2 Implementation Support

  
- Assist ASO Finance in validating requirements related to Gyokei, Ringi, project initiation, demand management (DMF/SMDB), ROI tracking and utilization dashboards
  
- Support UAT activities: test case preparation, execution, defect logging, and follow‑up with IT teams
  
- Help consolidate and verify system data to ensure alignment with ASO Finance processes
  
- Support documentation of “As‑Is” and “To‑Be” workflows for Finance‑related modules
  
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—SPD‑PMO, SPD‑BRM, ITD, AIDA—on deployment readiness

### Technology Cost Management Tool Support

  
- Assist in mapping data sources (e.g., MS Project, ServiceNow, GLS, NextBuy, Anaplan) and preparing sample datasets
  
- Support data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation for ingestion into the new tool
  
- Draft and update documentation on cost allocation logic, depreciation parameters, personnel cost modelling, and forecasting rules
  
- Help create dashboards, analytics templates, and reporting specifications

## Requirements

  
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
  
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); Power BI, Alteryx or SQL exposure is a plus
  
- Interest in financial systems, technology project management, or enterprise transformation
  
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
