This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to a new Change and Transformation Management Team within Transaction Banking’s Client Implementation Team, working under the guidance of the Change Manager across 12 Asia Pacific countries. ## Job Description The intern will: - Perform deep dives to document existing processes and procedures. - Formulate, rationalize, and propose a Regional Standardized Operating Model to improve internal efficiencies and client onboarding experience. - Support the design and implementation of a new digital workflow tool to enable visibility and tracking of client implementation cases across the region. - Prepare, support, and equip people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, and technology. ## Job Requirements - Strong interest in Digital Transformation, Change Management, and Transaction Banking. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Good analytical skills, ability to learn existing processes quickly, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Organized and detail-oriented. - Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel). - Proficiency in written and spoken language is required. - Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently. ## Important Note - Interested applicants will be prompted to submit a CV and Cover Letter. - Please submit your details via our early careers website at Careers (myworkdayjobs.com). - Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. ## Location & Eligibility This internship role is based in Singapore and is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
