About the Role

You will be extremely results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships to attack the market with passion. The right candidate will possess excellent energy and drive and a real desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts. They will have the ability to build effective relationships quickly and to find valuable business within each account immediately that can then be enhanced by leveraging internal resources.

This role will be based in our Singapore office, operating on a hybrid working style requiring your presence in the office at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively engage prospective customers to identify new opportunities for CrowdStrike over the phone
  • Run a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closure
  • Discover and drive new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with the C-suite and their VPs across Southeast Asia and North Asia markets
  • Become a cybersecurity expert and thought leader
  • Earn a black belt in competitive selling and objection handling
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute a successful go-to-market strategy
  • Provide exceptional, high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed
  • Become an insider within the cybersecurity industry and an expert on CrowdStrike products
  • Stay informed about the CrowdStrike competitive landscape and how to articulate the value of our solutions and services compared to relevant competitors in the Next-Generation Endpoint market

What You’ll Need

  • Telephone sales experience
  • Track record of exceeding expectations
  • Cold calling experience (not tech, SaaS, or security-specific)
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly
  • Competitive nature, but also a collaborative team player
  • Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels
  • Customer service background a plus
  • Security and/or SaaS sales experience a plus
  • Persistent – doesn’t stop at “no”; believes they can overcome
  • Coachable – seeks help; knows how to get help, when to ask for it, and what situations call for it
  • Charismatic – knows how to use it
  • Sharp/quick-witted – thinks on their feet; flexible to handle curveballs
  • Creative – can think outside the box when appropriate
  • Motivated – to learn, to succeed, to win, to grow
  • Aptitude – able to learn and implement new concepts quickly
  • Confidence with absence of ego
  • Self-disciplined – good at time management, organization, and discipline in process
  • Self-aware – understands strengths and weaknesses and what to work on
