Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic intern to join our Asia Public Affairs team. The candidate will coordinate public affairs activities, conduct industry and geopolitical research and analysis, identify key public affairs market trends and insights, and support cross-departmental projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in public affairs and contributes to the company’s positioning as an industry leader in the semiconductor sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in market research and industry benchmarking to understand the competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze news, legislative developments, and regulatory changes relevant to the company’s interests.
  • Support the Public Affairs team in creating presentations, reports, and templates that provide meaningful data insights, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
  • Help maintain and update the stakeholders mapping to facilitate effective engagement strategies.
  • Prepare for engagements by assisting with research, content writing, drafting reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings with government officials and other key stakeholders.
  • Implement a workflow process to efficiently track, monitor, and control expenditures.
  • Aid in the planning and execution of events, meetings, workshops, and conferences.

Profile / Candidate Skills

  • Currently in the second/final year of study or recently graduated with a degree in Public Affairs, Public Policy, Business, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Market Research, or a related field.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Keen interest in public policy and the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Positive, collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and a willingness to learn; committed to careful and professional work.
  • Minimum internship period: 3 months.
