## Job Responsibilities

The Store Evangelist is the first-person customer contact when they enter the store. This individual takes pride in presenting Razer, derives satisfaction from helping customers with Razer products, and develops long-term relationships with the Razer brand.

The Store Evangelist acts as the brand ambassador in Razer Stores, delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert product knowledge, personalized assistance, and a welcoming store environment. This role involves engaging customers, maintaining store presentation, and supporting operational tasks to promote Razer's gaming and lifestyle products.

  
- Consistently create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting and assisting, and quickly responding to inquiries and needs
  
- Be knowledgeable in all merchandise categories and able to make appropriate suggestions to customers
  
- Ensure all customers receive top-level service and quality merchandise
  
- Demonstrate consistent behaviors of the ideal R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customers
  
- Regularly communicate with the Store Manager and Store Supervisors to stay informed on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines
  
- Maintain open and flexible availability to accommodate store needs
  
- Ensure company standards are met for store and associate appearance at all times
  
- Assist in maintaining the store to ensure cleanliness and organization; stock and organize merchandise as necessary
  
- Assist in inventory control as directed by the Store Manager and/or Store Supervisor; assist in product display and remerchandising as directed by the store management team
  
- Assist in receiving regular vendor deliveries and replenishing sales floor in a timely manner
  
- Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security
  
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Store Manager and Store Supervisor
