## Introduction

This position is for a process integration engineer focusing on the development of advanced semiconductor technologies (TMR/RRAM), including qualification and technology release/transfer phases, with emphasis on integration-related matters to meet technology release requirements.

## Your Job

  
- Work with different teams (process module, device, TCAD, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes (TMR/RRAM).
  
- Integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc.), and define new ET and inline specs during the technology development phase.
  
- Characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet technology release requirements.
  
- Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development.
  
- Perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process, and reliability issues.
  
- Ensure methods and processes are in place to test the devices and structures being developed.
  
- Develop and implement methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure products are free of flaws and function as designed.
  
- Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

## Required Qualifications

  
- Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  
- Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration is an advantage.
  
- Fresh university graduates are welcome to apply.
  
- 1–2 years of semiconductor manufacturing or development-related experience is an advantage.

## Preferred Qualifications

  
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  
- Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
