The ideal candidate will focus on understanding issues and employing critical thinking, alongside essential qualities required for exceptional customer support. As a contractor on this team, you will serve as a crucial link between Roblox and its developer community. If you’re passionate about the Roblox community and eager to contribute to the success of developers, we’d love to hear from you. ## You will - Assist in resolving creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies. - Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up. - Dedicate up to 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability (on-call or scheduled as business needs require). ## You have - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrates endless patience and a positive attitude. - Capable of managing time effectively. - In-depth understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community. - Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio. - Experience developing on Roblox and/or other creation platforms. ## Location, Schedule & Pay Please note: benefits described apply to full-time employees in the US. This role is based in the UK/EU. Pay rate is based on USD and will be converted to GBP/EUR upon hire. ## Pay For roles based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is shown below. The actual base pay depends on factors such as professional background, training, experience, location, business needs, and market demand.
