## Role details

## Key Areas of Responsibilities

  
- Closely monitor pantry inventory and replenish stock regularly.
  
- Ensure all equipment and utensils are clean and function well.
  
- In-house luncheon setup – communicate with the organizer for table setting / refreshment requirements.
  
- Maintain a positive, polite, and friendly attitude while interacting with colleagues and clients.
  
- Promptly respond and provide professional service to internal / external parties.
  
- Fulfil reasonable requests from colleagues, maintain good time management and be flexible.
  
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-equipped pantry at all times.
  
- Minimize waste by avoiding unnecessary use of disposable items.
  
- Keep the meeting rooms neat and tidy after use.
  
- Maintain effective communication with team members and co-workers to create better relationships.
  
- The working hours may vary including both day and night shifts.

## Requirements

  
- Team player, good personality and motivation.
  
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  
- Good organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and independence.
  
- Ability to handle pressure.
  
- Flexible, responsible, and conscientious.
  
- Fluent in Chinese.

- 協助會議、接待等場合準備茶點及飲品

- 保持會議室整潔有序
  
- 工作時間可能有所變動，包括日班及夜班

## 職位要求

  
- 有相關茶水或餐飲服務經驗者優先
  
- 具有團隊合作精神、良好性格及積極工作態度
  
- 優良的人際交往能力及溝通技巧
  
- 良好的組織能力，包括同時處理多項工作、時間管理及獨立工作能力
  
- 能夠承受工作壓力
  
- 富有彈性、責任心及細心認真
  
- 能操普通話、粵語及簡單英文
