## Responsibilities

  
- Support relationship managers in delivering relevant banking services to customers in the assigned coverage area to meet the BU's revenue targets.
  
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and understand their needs to provide high-quality service under the guidance of more experienced team members.
  
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within MUFG and externally.
  
- Manage day-to-day business transactions with assigned customers.
  
- Handle customer onboarding services and update customer account documentation.
  
- Focus on daily transaction processing/execution, handle inquiries, and serve clients’ requests with accurate, smooth, and timely workflow.
  
- Work in partnership with Operations to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
  
- Visit customers when required to maintain the relationship.
  
- Support departmental initiatives to deliver increased revenue opportunities and provide high-quality service to customers.
  
- Provide transaction and monitoring support in connection with delivering MUFG products to meet customers’ needs.
  
- Meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal achievement.
  
- Always comply with internal rules, guidelines, and external laws and regulations pertaining to proper banking conduct.
  
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.
  
- Improve workflow efficiency.
  
- Advise on investment products concerning OTC derivatives contracts (including FX Forwards) under the Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and to deal in investment products concerning OTC derivatives contracts (including FX Forwards) under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA).
  
- Advise others on investment products concerning structured deposits (including Embedded Deposits) under the Financial Advisers Act (FAA).
  
- Handle Embedded loans.

## Requirements

  
- Degree qualified.
  
- No experience required.
  
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively and courteously with others.
  
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
  
- Good teamwork and ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and stakeholder demands.
  
- Detailed understanding of MUFG’s products and services.
  
- Understanding of local laws and regulations.
  
- Well-organized with efficient time management.
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
