Continuous Improvement Specialist, Supplies Department

## Responsibilities

  
- Identify areas of inefficiency and recommend solutions to streamline processes within the Supplies Department.
  
- Collaborate with external parties to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
  
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of key processes within the Supplies Department.
  
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine the source of issues and implement corrective actions.
  
- Develop and maintain measurement of key performance indicators within the Supplies Department.
  
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  
- Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful implementation of improvements.
  
- Responsible for ad hoc, general operational, administrative and continuous improvement functions of the Supplies Department when assigned.

## Requirements

  
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
  
- Basic knowledge of Data Analytics
  
- Knowledge and familiarity with SAP is an advantage
  
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
  
- Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
