## Your Role

  
- Responsible for testing flow and yield of a family of devices
  
- Sustain and support daily manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation
  
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, cost effectiveness by working with Maintenance Specialists and Product Supervisors to achieve overall objectives
  
- Cross-functional and cross-department support, including global coverage based on prioritization
  
- Perform yield and throughput improvement programs to achieve significant test cost efficiency
  
- Undertake product transfers and modification of test programs to ensure high productivity and quality
  
- Maintain effective teamwork and communication with support groups such as Planning and Maintenance Departments to ensure smooth production and other tasks
  
- Lead and/or participate in investigation, containment plans, and solutions for day-to-day technical problems affecting the production line
  
- Practice, participate, and lead projects using Lean methodologies

## Your Skills & Experiences

  
- Relevant Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  
- Relevant experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is an advantage
  
- Understanding of testing concepts
  
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
  
- Good written and communication skills
  
- Microsoft Office skills
