## Roles & Responsibilities

  
- Preparation/collation of data and information for reporting purposes
  
- Preparation of internal memos, internal/external applications and related administrative matters
  
- Be responsible for meeting arrangements within the team, as well as with other departments
  
- General administration support on expats' related matters
  
- Any other duties as assigned

## Job Requirements

  
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration
  
- Basic or intermediate Excel skills
  
- Candidate with at least 2 years of working experience using Japanese language in a business setting is needed, as frequent communication with Japanese expats is required for this role
  
- Candidates with working experience in Japanese companies are preferred but not essential, as familiarity with Japanese business customs is required to effectively communicate with Japanese expats within/outside the department
  
- Meticulous and a self-starter
  
- Team-oriented
