## Job Description

  
- Provide expertise for IT infrastructure (e.g., servers, network, firewall, virtualization), application infrastructure (e.g., EAP/JRE), and related services (e.g., Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of a deal in accordance with contractually established terms and conditions and established technical standards.
  
- Provide technical input, solutions, and recommendations to deal pursuit.
  
- Provide IT infrastructure and/or application infrastructure lifecycle technical support, including planning, project management, installation, ongoing management/monitoring/troubleshooting, and de-installation, following operational policies and processes that are compliant with industry standards (e.g., ITIL).
  
- Apply growing technical knowledge to operate a technology area (e.g., server administration, technical security management, performance management) or a customer group with limited risk/complexity.
  
- Independently implement changes/solutions to meet customer and/or trade/IT infrastructure needs within the area of technical responsibility.

## Requirements

  
- Studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Business.
  
- May hold entry-level certification(s) in the field.
  
- Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure.
  
- Good verbal and written communication in both English and Cantonese.
