## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Provide project deployment for customers' Enterprise IT Network Services.
  
- Work closely with the Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.
  
- Able to perform the role of Project Lead for medium to mega size projects.
  
- Preferably with basic knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the following areas:
    

      
- Design, planning, integration, implementation and validation
        

          
- LAN/WAN/WLAN: Cisco, Alcatel, Aruba routers and switches
        

      
      
- Network security solutions
        

          
- Security appliances: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoints, Cisco IPS/IDS, Cisco ISE, Aruba Clearpass
          
- Network monitoring: SolarWinds
          
- Network appliances: F5 LTM/GTM, A10 LTM
        

      
      
- Build or migrate in Cloud infrastructure solutions
      
- Troubleshooting and problem identification
    

  
  
- Documentation skills to include creating and updating detailed environment design, installation, support and preventive maintenance documentation.
  
- Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.
  
- Establish TAC cases with principal vendors in complex problems until resolved.

## Requirements

  
- Preferably with Cisco certification (CCNP/CCIE).
  
- Experience with Cisco, Alcatel, F5 products & firewall products.
  
- Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, data and security networking in implementation.
  
- Fast-paced environment adaptiveness.
  
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  
- Good communication and writing skills.
  
- Strong customer service orientation.
  
- Able to work flexible hours, especially during after-office-hour scheduled maintenance windows.
  
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply for junior engineer positions.
  
- Location: Jurong East
