## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Check and verify the physical quantity of incoming AFE deliveries in the warehouse.
  
- Record incoming AFE deliveries in Excel and assist in tracking and monitoring shortages.
  
- Track and update SNCA records, including monitoring all AFE SNCA items and returns.
  
- Assist in documentation and filing, keeping track and updating folio sheets.
  
- Track and key patent costs.
  
- Assist in preparing documentation for billing.
  
- Assist in preparing proposals to customers.
  
- Assist in preparing certificates of completion, delivery notes, and tracking payments under proposals and contracts.
  
- Assist in new BG/BG reductions under contract.

## Requirements

  
- Minimum GCE O-Level with a few years of experience in administrative or engineering-related roles, OR
  
- Diploma in a related field (with or without prior experience).
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
