Role
As an Analyst in the Global Private Bank Advisor Training Program, you will gain exposure to every facet of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. You will work with our team of advisors and specialists to attract new clients, serve existing ones, and deliver highly customized, comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage, and grow wealth.

- Build relationships with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking industry
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
- Desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Highly inquisitive, focused, and proactive
- Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role focuses on client engagement and business development for clients in the China market
