Position
PR & Communications Intern
Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across PR, content, digital, and social touchpoints. Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables, working cross-functionally to bring cohesive brand narratives to life. Assist in developing messaging and creative assets that resonate across owned, earned, and paid channels. Track and report on campaign performance, helping to optimize reach, engagement, and brand impact.
- Media Relations: Assist in media outreach, cultivating and sustaining relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals, especially within the financial domain. Draft media pitches, press releases, and follow-ups. Help coordinate media interviews, press events, and briefings with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Support in building and maintaining media lists, tracking coverage, and reporting campaign performance.
- Content Development: Draft and edit a range of content pieces across mediums, such as blog articles, op-eds, fact sheets, speeches, market insights, and talking points for speaking opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay informed about market landscape, industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Use insights to refine and enhance PR narratives and strategy.
- Data & Insights: Monitor media coverage and public sentiment around Moomoo Singapore; analyze the performance of PR initiatives and deliver actionable insights through detailed reporting. Stay ahead in the fast-evolving PR and branding landscape with innovative ideas to cut through the noise and uncover strategic opportunities.

Requirements
- Students or recent graduates in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Finance, or related fields.
- Keen interest and strong appetite for financial knowledge and financial literacy.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills — clear, concise, and engaging.
- Interest in fintech, investing, or the finance industry is a plus.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong multitasking ability.
- Self-starter who is proactive, curious, and willing to pitch new ideas.
- Bonus: experience with media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision) or content creation (e.g., Canva, basic video editing).
