## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Liaise with malls and venue partners to secure suitable spaces for company events and activities.
  
- Coordinate event logistics and ensure all venue requirements are met.
  
- Manage and review event and venue contracts, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
  
- Arrange and maintain the scheduling of sales personnel for various events and activities.
  
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  
- Monitor and report on venue arrangements and event performance.
  
- Handle any issues or changes related to venue or scheduling in a timely manner.

## Qualifications

  
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
  
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, event coordination, or venue management.
  
- Experience in leasing will be given priority consideration.
  
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in both English and Chinese is an advantage.
  
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
