Job Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing account documents for both new and existing accounts.
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Responsible for daily data entry and document filing.
- Make calls to existing clients for service renewals.
- Perform ad hoc projects and assignments.
- Flexible working hours.
Qualifications
- Secondary education or above in any discipline.
- Responsible, hardworking, and patient.
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Able to work on weekdays; this will be an advantage.
- Immediate availability preferred.
