Create a standardized tracking dashboard for defect fail modes within the different test flows. ## Project Scope - Understand the electrical failing signatures of the different defect fail modes across the process and how it fails in each test flow. ## Deliverables - A user-friendly dashboard to track and document all defect fail modes. ## Skillset Required - Python programming; basic knowledge of semiconductor physics. ## Course of Interest - MS in Science (Electrical Engineering); MS in Materials Science & Engineering. ## Duration Minimum 6 months ## About Micron Technology, Inc.
