## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Develop core modules of the Manus Agent, driving practical applications of generative AI in real-world scenarios.
  
- Optimize Agent performance through prompt engineering, tool design, RAG, and Agent system architecture optimization.
  
- Validate new product feature ideas through rapid prototyping.
  
- Build evaluation systems and automated evaluation processes to assess Agent performance.

## Requirements

  
- 1–3 years of programming experience; Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (outstanding new graduates welcome).
  
- Strong programming skills, excellent design capabilities, and high code quality standards.
  
- Proficiency in the front-end technology stack for rapid prototyping and developing evaluation platforms.
  
- Solid understanding of backend technologies, including databases, caching, message queues, and microservices.
  
- Strong ownership mindset for your areas of responsibility.
  
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
