By joining our Analyst Program, you'll become part of a team dedicated to delivering wealth management solutions and fostering client relationships across Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil. ## Role Advisor Trainee in Global Private Bank within the Latin America team. You will gain exposure to all facets of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. You will work across teams to understand client goals and deliver first-class client service tailored to their unique needs. ## What You Can Expect Joining our Summer Analyst Program means joining a team committed to building client relationships and contributing to our business with customized wealth management solutions. You will be part of a collaborative, supportive team and bring your diverse perspective to help us innovate the next wave of products and solutions for our clients. The program provides training and mentorship from senior leaders and projects that engage your skills. The nine-week program starts with a week of induction, including training and orientation to our businesses and the knowledge needed to contribute to our teams. Top performers may receive a full-time offer (for juniors) or a returning summer internship (for sophomores) at the end of the summer. ## Job Responsibilities - Work with teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals - Collaborate with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to learn about the business and clients while building your own expertise - Coordinate with various teams, including market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research and analysis, develop products, and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team - Learn through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and ongoing events to grow your professional network ## Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Non-MBA) - Expected graduation date of December 2027 – June 2028 - Cultural knowledge and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese - Highly driven and enjoy working in teams to develop complex solutions - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask - Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends - Desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Highly inquisitive, focused, and proactive.
