## Role

The Palantir Design Team is responsible for the human experience of using our software. The team is growing rapidly, and we are committed to creating a tight-knit environment that fosters trust, integrity, empathy, and growth. We collaborate to realize a shared product vision and regularly provide feedback and critique to one another. Design at Palantir is a varied experience, ranging from leading a design sprint for your product team to designing micro-interactions that simplify complex analytical tasks, and advocating for UX consistency by creating flexible, reusable UI components. You consider aspects such as API documentation, SDK functionality, and developer onboarding, and you can speak the language of a developer. You have familiarity with existing developer tooling and a strong understanding of developer workflows.

## Responsibilities

  
- Lead design sprints and contribute to a cohesive product vision with cross-functional teams.
  
- Design micro-interactions that simplify complex analytical tasks and improve the user experience.
  
- Advocate for UX consistency by creating flexible, reusable UI components.
  
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with developer workflows.

## Qualifications

  
- Ability to speak the language of developers, with familiarity in API documentation, SDK functionality, and developer onboarding.
  
- Familiarity with existing developer tooling and strong understanding of developer workflows.
