## Tax & Legal Intern - Business Tax

Join Deloitte's Tax Services to help companies and individuals manage their tax costs and obligations, with a focus on cross-border tax matters. Leveraging Deloitte's global resources, our Tax professionals keep clients informed of developments with tax implications and advise on structuring investments, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, tax planning, and compliance. Interns will be assigned to one of our corporate tax groups to learn about tax compliance work such as the preparation of tax computations, returns, and advisory, along with research and documentation.

## Work you’ll do

  
- Support corporate tax teams in the preparation of tax computations and tax returns, and assist with advisory, research, and documentation tasks.
  
- Provide support in structuring investments, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, tax planning, and compliance under supervision.
  
- Leverage Deloitte’s global resources to stay informed about developments with tax implications and communicate these insights to clients as appropriate.

## Requirements

  
- Undergraduate students in accountancy or economics with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
