## Tax & Legal Intern - Business Tax Advisory - Mergers & Acquisitions

### Work you'll do

  
- Work in a Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) team providing M&A tax advisory services to a mix of corporate clients across industries.
  
- Advise on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment, and M&A tax matters.
  
- Contribute to tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, post-merger integration, and related advisory work.
  
- Draft tax advisory memos or reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

## Requirements

  
- Some corporate tax experience, preferably with an international accounting or law firm.
  
- Undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, law, or other business-related field, with a Professional Qualification recognized by ISCA. SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
  
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills with a strong willingness to learn; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work, coordinating with multiple team leaders.
