## Role details

## Part Time CSO

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Part Time CSO.

## Responsibilities

  
- Assist in coordinating daily operations in the Wealth Centre’s Bar, ensuring smooth communication between teams
  
- Understand all beverage items ordered, including ingredients, preparation methods and proper service
  
- Ensure that all beverage services are provided in an efficient and pleasant manner to guarantee guests enjoy a positive overall experience
  
- Ensure silverware and chinaware are in good condition
  
- Maintain a culture in compliance with HSBC’s values
  
- Provide support for company events, which may occasionally require weekend duties
  
- Assist with ad hoc duties when assigned

## Requirements & Qualifications

  
- Customer-centric mindset with commitment to delivering quality service
  
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment
  
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
  
- Eager to learn with a positive attitude
  
- Strong sense of ownership
  
- Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
  
- Holder of the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or holder of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education, or holder of associate degree, higher diploma or degree from a tertiary institution
  
- Candidate with barista experience is preferred
