## Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible for the following:

## Responsibilities

  
- Research and compile new concepts and trends in the market.
  
- Execute mass mailings, conduct cold calls, arrange prospect meetings, and conduct viewings.
  
- Take minutes for prospects, tenants, and internal meetings.
  
- Prepare concept proposals for leasing meeting discussions.
  
- Review and improve existing marketing materials.
  
- Prepare lease documents, update information in internal tracking reports, and follow up with tenants on outstanding documentation including insurance and audited statements.

## Learning Outcomes

  
- Gain a solid understanding of the multifaceted requirements in retail management.
  
- Improve multitasking and knowledge in other real estate matters such as operations protocols pertaining to prospecting.
  
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the leasing processes and exposure to the preparation of lease documentation.

- Develop understanding of processes to determine trade mix and tenant mix.
