The candidate will gain firsthand experience in the asset management industry by joining the fast-paced distribution function. He/She will work with a dynamic group of experienced professionals and gain insight into what it is like to work for one of the largest asset management houses in Asia.

## Key Accountabilities

  
- Assist marketing and sales support in the management of marketing collaterals
  
- Assist in the research and collation of new sales opportunities across different markets
  
- Assist sales support in providing fund update materials to key distributors
  
- Undertake a sales/marketing project end-to-end and present findings to department heads at the end of the internship

## Qualifications and Experience

  
- A self-starter with the ability to use initiative; a creative person who can cultivate original ideas and drive them through to practical application
  
- Organised and methodical, capable of supporting a broad range of activities across multiple jurisdictions
  
- Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects within strict deadlines
  
- Basic understanding of financial products and fund structures (funds, share classes, feeder funds, etc.)
  
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  
- Effective communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
- Highly team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively
  
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  
- Willingness to share best practices
  
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  
- Flexibility and adaptability with a “can-do” attitude
