## Role

The successful candidate will join a cohesive and high-performing Equities team. The candidate must demonstrate a strong fit with the team, with the ability to embrace the team’s investment process while learning from and leveraging the deep experience within the team.

## Key Accountabilities

  
- Work side-by-side with Portfolio Managers and Analysts to build in-depth knowledge of our investment process, philosophy, products, clients, and markets
  
- Participate in the valuation process and assist in building financial models
  
- Contribute to process enhancements through strong Excel or programming skills
  
- Apply equity research skills by conducting research on allocated stocks and sectors as needed

## Qualifications and Experience

  
- Passionate with a desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
  
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment
  
- Highly motivated, able to think logically, critically, and quickly
  
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills, applied to creative and technically challenging model building
  
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
  
- Confident with initiative to take on responsibilities and manage own projects
  
- Self-starter with curiosity about Global Emerging Markets
