## Key Accountabilities

  
- Work side-by-side with our Portfolio Managers and Analysts to build in-depth knowledge on our investment process and philosophy, products, clients and markets
  
- Participate in the valuation process and be involved in building of financial models
  
- Conduct fundamental research and analysis on the stocks and sectors, with the aim to present to the broader team/PMs

## Experience / Qualifications

  
- Passionate with a desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
  
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative work environment
  
- Highly motivated, able to think logically, critically & quickly
  
- Demonstrates excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretative skills
  
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
  
- Confidence and proactive with initiative to take on responsibilities and manage own projects
