As of 31 December 2024, assets under management from consolidated and strategic businesses stood at more than €16.5bn. ## Role Alantra is seeking to hire an Investment Banking Analyst to support its Industrials M&A and capital raising advisory business. The position will be located onsite in New York. ## Responsibilities - Develop and author pitch materials - Prepare client presentations and deal documents, including teasers, confidential information memoranda, and management presentations - Conduct extensive financial and valuation analyses - Build advanced financial models to establish suitable capital structures, financial covenants, and sensitivity to key variables - Produce comprehensive industry and company-specific research - Develop marketing strategies, conduct buyer outreach and target approaches - Manage due diligence and provide transaction support - Support transaction negotiations ## Why Alantra Alantra offers a unique experience for Analysts to advise both domestic and international clients and to work with global colleagues on cross-border transactions.
