For more information, visit www.alantra.com ## Job Description ### Overview Alantra is seeking to hire an Experienced Investment Banking Analyst to support its M&A advisory business within the Cloud Technology practice. The position is located in-person in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of relevant experience and be able to contribute on Day 1 with limited hands-on training. The Analyst will work directly with Managing Directors in a collegial and entrepreneurial environment that welcomes creativity and new ideas. The candidate should be motivated, creative, outgoing, and possess a strong background in finance and accounting. ## Responsibilities - Conduct industry research and perform individual company analysis - Develop financial analyses and financial models - Support creation of client proposals and presentations - Manage data rooms and coordinate the due diligence process - Recruit, supervise, and develop Interns - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned ## Requirements - 12 months of relevant prior experience required, preferably in Services/Technology - Bachelor’s degree required; business, economics, finance/accounting majors preferred - Knowledge of M&A and capital raising practices is essential - Solid finance and accounting knowledge; ability to analyze and value businesses - Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - Excellent analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills - Team player mentality with the ability to work independently - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables - Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills; expert in Excel and PowerPoint - FINRA Series 79/7 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained within the first six months of employment ## Salary & Benefits Alantra’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is a base compensation band of $80,000 (Min) - $90,000 (Max). This role is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to the base salary.
